KLB Industries Must Hand Financial Info To Union: DC Circ.

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 6:03 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit ruled Tuesday that the National Labor Relations Board had correctly held that KLB Industries Inc. was required to turn over financial information requested by a union after the company claimed during bargaining that wage concessions were needed due to competitive pressures.
