Shackelford Seeks Arbitration In Ex-Partner's Payout Row

Law360, Dallas (December 4, 2012, 9:07 PM EST) -- Shackelford Melton & McKinley LLP on Monday filed suit in Texas state court to force arbitration in a dispute with a former partner over how much compensation he’s owed after he left the firm in July to join Condon Thornton Sladek & Harrell LLP.
