Former DSW Manager Sues Over Customer Info Policy

Law360, New York (December 4, 2012, 9:18 PM EST) -- A former DSW Inc. assistant manager has accused the shoe retailer of wrongfully firing her after she gave the personal information of a customer whom she suspected of child abuse to local child protective services, according to a suit removed to New Jersey federal court Tuesday.
