Pa. High Court Rejects Sherwin-Williams Privilege Appeal

Law360, Philadelphia (December 5, 2012, 2:51 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear an appeal of a lower court's finding two memos penned by Sherwin-Williams Co. officials and sent to the company's attorneys regarding a fire at a Lackawanna County custom cabinet business were not subject to attorney-client privilege.
