Mazda Crash Suit Belongs In Utah, Calif. Court Says

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 5:16 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Monday upheld a lower court’s decision to allow Mazda Motor Corp. to move a long-running product liability suit over a fatal crash to Utah because it would be more convenient to try the case there.
