Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 8:50 PM EST) -- An Alabama federal judge on Tuesday admonished an attorney for Regions Financial Corp. executives in a merger-based securities class action for sending an unsolicited letter to a Georgia federal judge allegedly suggesting Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP and its private investigator had attempted to mislead the courts.
