NJ Court Won't Let Construction Co. Duck Contractor Crash Suit

Law360, New York (December 5, 2012, 5:46 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court said Wednesday that a lower court had erred in tossing a lawsuit against road construction company Tilcon New York, saying issues regarding the company's employment relationship with a trucking contractor involved in a fatal car crash made dismissal inappropriate.
