Some Plaintiffs’ Claims Survive In BMW Tire Case

Law360, New York (November 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected BMW North America LLC’s bid to toss the claims of one plaintiff in a putative class action over allegedly defective run-flat tires but has booted the claims of two other plaintiffs after finding they lacked standing to sue.
