Get Ready For SEC Conflict Mineral Rule Compliance

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 1:19 PM EST) -- Recent gains by rebel groups in the mineral-rich eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have complicated efforts for U.S. companies to comply with a new U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rule targeting “conflict minerals.”
