4th Circ. Kills Xe Whistleblowers' False Claims Suit

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 6:36 PM EST) -- The Fourth Circuit on Thursday affirmed the dismissal of a whistleblower suit brought by former employees of a Xe Services LLC subsidiary that accused the contractor of overbilling the federal government under a $1.2 billion security services contract.
