Enviro Group Wants FERC Review Of Spectra Pipeline Orders

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 4:21 PM EST) -- New Jersey environmental group No Gas Pipeline on Thursday asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to review two recent orders on Spectra Energy Corp.'s planned $1.2 billion New Jersey-to-Manhattan natural gas pipeline, saying the commission must consider citizen welfare.
