AUO Execs No Longer 'Fugitives' After Bail Extended

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 8:25 PM EST) -- A pair of AU Optronics Corp. executives convicted of conspiring to fix prices on liquid crystal display panels are no longer "fugitives" after a California federal judge on Wednesday acknowledged they may avoid jail while their motions to remain on bail pending appeal await consideration.
