Tesco Oil Drilling Tool Patents Ruled Invalid

Law360, New York (December 6, 2012, 9:23 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Thursday found two Tesco Corp. patents for an oil drilling tool invalid, saying the one supposedly novel aspect of the invention was an obvious solution to an established problem within the field.
