Zimmer Loses Bid For $1.4M Award In Stryker Poaching Suit

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 3:53 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday shot down Zimmer Inc.'s argument that it should be awarded $1.4 million for being wrongfully subjected to a restraining order in a Stryker Corp. unit's suit accusing the medical technology company of poaching employees and stealing trade secrets.
