Horizon Health Opens Texas Poaching Trial Against Ex-Execs

Law360, Dallas (December 11, 2012, 8:37 PM EST) -- Mental health company Horizon Health Corp. told a Texas state jury in opening arguments Tuesday that a group of its former executives planned a mass exit and plotted to take the company down using its leads and resources to launch a rival unit under the umbrella of Acadia Healthcare Co.
