Kodak Deal With CVS Over Kiosk Agreement Gets Judge's OK

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 12:15 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge signed off Friday on a deal Eastman Kodak Co. reached with CVS Pharmacy Inc. under which CVS will set aside $4.5 million of the $10 million it owed Kodak and get an $18.4 million unsecured claim.
