Nucor, Others Can't Escape Steel Co.'s Boycott Suit

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 8:56 PM EST) -- A Texas federal court on Friday denied a bid by a group of steel distributors and producers, including Nucor Corp., to toss a suit against them by a steel distributor claiming the companies conspired to boycott it to edge it out as a potential rival.
