Media Outlet Sues HHS For Minn. Medicaid Documents

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 7:08 PM EST) -- An open-government group Friday sued the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to force disclosure of documents related to Minnesota Medicaid’s contracting with managed care insurers, accusing the federal agency of ignoring public records requests made as part of an inquiry into program spending.
