Schlumberger Says Rival Hiding From Drilling Patent Diputes

Law360, Dallas (December 10, 2012, 1:50 PM EST) -- Schlumberger Technology Corp. has accused rival Baker Hughes Inc. of infringing four oil field patents, then using a bad-faith litigation strategy that violates a private arbitration agreement intended to govern the patent disputes, in a suit filed Friday in Texas federal court.
