Bingham Guides Honeywell's $600M Deal For Intermec

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 1:54 PM EST) -- Manufacturing and technology giant Honeywell International Inc. has inked a deal to pick up data management company Intermec Inc. for $600 million, in a move that is expected to significantly expand Honeywell's piece of the mobile computing devices market, the companies said Monday.
