NJ Court Rejects Camden Atty's Appeal In Whistleblower Suit

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 4:04 PM EST) -- A former litigation supervisor with the city of Camden on Monday lost his bid to reopen a whistleblower lawsuit targeting the city's joint representation policy after a state appellate court sided with a lower court ruling that his ethics claim was unreasonable.
