Wind Tower Cos. Fight For Duties On China, Vietnam

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 3:59 PM EST) -- A group of wind tower manufacturers told the U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday that the domestic industry could collapse if trade authorities don't impose substantial duties on products from China and Vietnam that are being sold in the U.S. at below market value.

The Wind Tower Trade Coalition, a group of four American companies that combine to produce more than 90 percent of domestic wind towers, urged the ITC to find that the domestic industry has been materially injured by cheaper foreign products.
