Exxon, Valero’s $9M Hot Fuel MDL Deal Wins Court OK

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 12:57 PM EST) -- A Kansas federal judge on Monday preliminarily approved revised settlements with Exxon Mobil Corp. and Valero Energy Corp. providing $5 million to plaintiffs and an additional $4 million in attorneys' fees in multidistrict litigation alleging the companies and others sold gas without revealing or accounting for temperature expansion.
