Zimmer Loses Bid To Pare Suit From Knee Implant MDL

Law360, New York (December 10, 2012, 7:53 PM EST) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Thursday rejected Zimmer Inc.’s bid to knock out one suit from multidistrict litigation over the company’s knee implants, saying the judge overseeing the MDL should decide whether the device at issue in the suit belongs with the others.
