Meningitis Plaintiff Seeks To Bar NECC From Shredding Docs

Law360, Washington (December 11, 2012, 3:52 PM EST) -- A putative class of Minnesota residents affected by the New England Compounding Center's deadly fungal meningitis outbreak urged a federal court Monday to prevent the struggling pharmacy from destroying evidence vital for several lawsuits, saying it may go bankrupt and can't be trusted.
