NJ Court Backs Award For Flight Union Over Legal Exposure

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 5:07 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Tuesday upheld a nearly $220,000 judgment for a flight attendants' union against a labor advisory firm for failing to provide and fund legal services in litigation against a rival union, finding sufficient evidence to support a jury verdict in the case.
