IP Lawyers Join Goodwin Procter From Kenyon & Kenyon

Law360 (September 9, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two attorneys have joined the intellectual property practice of Goodwin Procter LLP’s New York office. Benjamin Hershkowitz and Robert Whitman joined the firm in June and August respectively.

Whitman has more than 13 years of patent litigation experience across a broad spectrum of technologies, including software, computer hardware, semiconductor design and fabrication, medical devices, electronic components, data and voice communications and video processing. Whitman’s practice also includes licensing, rendering opinions and the acquisition and management of intellectual property rights.
