Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 4:49 PM EST) -- Orthopedic device maker Wright Medical Technology Inc. has settled rival Stryker Corp.’s suit accusing it of unfair competition and capitalizing on its trademarked knee replacement by launching a website based on the implant, according to a New Jersey federal judge’s dismissal order signed Monday.
Terms of the settlement weren’t disclosed in the order, which dismisses Stryker's claims without prejudice and states that the case could be reopened within 60 days if the settlement isn’t consummated.
