Supreme Court Asked To Weigh Nonparties' Ability To Appeal

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 6:58 PM EST) -- A controversial plaintiffs expert asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to determine whether nonparties to a suit can appeal a district court ruling, arguing he should be allowed to challenge language a California federal judge used in excluding his testimony from a so-called popcorn lung suit.
