Music Downloader Asks Justices To Review Damages Award

Law360, New York (December 11, 2012, 9:18 PM EST) -- A woman whose battle with Capitol Records Inc. and other record companies over claims that she illegally downloaded music left her on the hook for $222,000 in damages said Monday that the U.S. Supreme Court should take her case to resolve a circuit split.
