US, Nucor Urge Fed. Circ. To Back Duties On Indian Steel Co.

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 8:05 PM EST) -- The U.S. government and a domestic steelmaker on Monday urged the Federal Circuit to support the U.S. Department of Commerce's decision not to lower certain anti-dumping duties assessed against Essar Steel Ltd., holding that the Indian steel exporter hadn't proffered the documentation showing its entitlement to a reduction.
