CIT Orders Commerce To Review Chinese Saw Blade Finding

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 3:09 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of International Trade judge said in a ruling unsealed Monday that the Commerce Department had improperly determined that a Chinese importer of diamond saw blades was free from government control, ordering the agency to review a duty order on the goods.
