Chocolate Buyers Win Class Status In Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 6:28 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday certified a class of direct chocolate purchasers in price-fixing multidistrict litigation against Nestle USA Inc., The Hershey Co. and Mars Inc. after concluding the plaintiffs' expert testimony would be admissible at trial.
