Allergan Can't Dodge Trade Secrets Suit, NJ Judge Rules

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 3:51 PM EST) -- A New Jersey state judge declined to toss a suit accusing Allergan USA Inc. of misappropriating a health care marketing contractor's trade secrets involving a proprietary technology portal, in tackling an issue of first impression for the newly enacted New Jersey Trade Secrets Act.
