NJ Court Preserves Anesthesiologist Requirements

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 5:11 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Wednesday upheld a state Department of Health and Senior Services' regulation requiring anesthesiologists to physically survey anesthesia administrations performed by certified registered nurse anesthetists, saying the rule doesn't unfairly regulate the nursing profession.
