Tronox, Kerr-McGee Dispute Intent In Closing Arguments

Law360, New York (December 12, 2012, 10:04 PM EST) -- Attorneys for a Tronox Inc. litigation trust and Kerr-McGee Corp. delivered closing arguments in their trial Wednesday, with the trust saying Tronox's ex-parent owes more than $14 billion for spinning the former debtor off with damning environmental liabilities while taking healthy assets away.
