Trustee Objects To Milbank Dual Role In Lehman Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 1:50 PM EST) -- The U.S. trustee told the New York state judge overseeing Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.'s bankruptcy Wednesday that she objects to Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP's representation of both the official committee of unsecured creditors and the individual committee members seeking legal fees from the case, saying the dual representation poses a conflict of interest.
