J&J Balks At Ark.'s $181M Risperdal Legal Fee Request

Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 2:57 PM EST) -- Johnson & Johnson challenged Arkansas' request for $181 million in legal fees for attorneys who secured a $1.2 billion judgment in a Medicaid fraud case over marketing of the antipsychotic drug Risperdal, telling a state judge Wednesday that lawyers representing the state should receive no more than $4 million.
