Contractors, Nonprofits Laud Call To Overhaul Foreign Aid

Law360, New York (December 14, 2012, 7:44 PM EST) -- Contractors and nonprofit groups praised lawmakers for introducing an update Wednesday to the Kennedy-era laws governing U.S. foreign aid projects, saying the new bill would streamline the process and takes advantage of extensive input from nongovernmental groups.
