JPMorgan Beats Class Cert. In Debt Collector OT Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (December 14, 2012, 1:56 PM EST) -- Finding no "reasonable basis" for a collective action, a Florida federal judge on Wednesday refused to certify a case alleging JPMorgan Chase Bank NA failed to pay overtime to a group of current and former debt collectors who say they spent extra time before each day preparing for their shift.
