NY High Court Allows Benefits For NYPD 9/11 Responders

Law360, New York (December 13, 2012, 8:57 PM EST) -- New York's high court ruled Thursday that three New York City police officers could receive disability benefits after they became ill from working in the World Trade Center site after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
