Texas High Court Takes Up Medicaid Reimbursement Dispute

Law360, New York (December 14, 2012, 8:25 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to consider several hospitals' challenge of an appeals court ruling that struck down the state's recalculation of Medicaid reimbursement rates, mandated after the high court had invalidated the state's previous method for calculating reimbursement rates in 2008.
