Fla. Engle Tobacco Case Revived After Plaintiff's Death

Law360, Chicago (December 14, 2012, 6:33 PM EST) -- A Florida appellate court on Friday revived an Engle personal injury lawsuit against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and other defendants brought by a woman who died while it was pending, saying a lower court improperly barred her estate representative from amending the suit as a wrongful death action.
