Texas Hospitals Scott & White, Baylor Plan Merger

Law360, Dallas (December 14, 2012, 7:36 PM EST) -- Texas hospital networks Baylor Health Care System and Scott & White Healthcare announced Friday that they plan to merge to form a $7.7 billion health system, the largest of its kind in the state, saying they joined forces to better handle changes coming from the Affordable Care Act.
