Utica Denied Injunction In Reinsurer Confidentiality Row

Law360, Chicago (December 17, 2012, 2:37 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Friday rejected Utica Mutual Insurance Co.'s bid for a preliminary injunction barring R&Q Reinsurance Co. from disclosing allegedly confidential information related to an asbestos coverage dispute, adopting a magistrate's findings that Utica hadn't shown it was facing irreparable harm.
