Up To 18 States And DC Will Run Insurance Exchanges

Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 2:11 PM EST) -- Up to 18 states and the District of Columbia will have state-based health insurance exchanges in 2014, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced Monday, and so far eight states and D.C. have been conditionally approved to run their exchanges.
