Law360, New York (December 17, 2012, 3:29 PM EST) -- A BP PLC unit has been “flagrant” in its refusal to take its obligations seriously under a new state law designed to streamline power projects, a New York town said Friday, demanding more information from the power giant as it seeks to site a $300 million wind farm near Lake Ontario.
