AUO Exec 'Passionately' Price-Fixed With Rivals, Jury Hears

Law360, San Francisco (December 17, 2012, 9:51 PM EST) -- AU Optronics executive Steven Leung “passionately” participated in a price-fixing conspiracy among liquid crystal display makers then quoted those prices to Hewlett Packard Co. and Dell Inc., the U.S. Department of Justice told a California jury in Leung's retrial Monday.
