Judge Delays Former Bayou Exec's Sentencing

Law360, New York (November 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A former executive of collapsed hedge fund group Bayou Management LLC can breathe easy for at least one more week, after a federal judge agreed to push back the sentencing in a case in which he pleaded guilty to participating in a conspiracy to defraud investors.
