Jury Grants Siren Co. Win In Firefighter Hearing Loss Case

Law360, New York (December 18, 2012, 1:16 PM EST) -- An Illinois jury found an allegedly defective siren from Federal Signal Corp. wasn't to blame for a Chicago firefighter's hearing loss, the company said Tuesday, delivering a victory for the manufacturer in the latest chapter of an ongoing legal battle with thousands emergency responders.
